Yoga Therapy - Medicine for your Mind and Body

A 9-Week Online Program to Treat Mental and Physical Health Conditions

The group combines evidence-based treatments for medical conditions: physical activity through yoga and cognitive based mindfulness training. Each class will be 90 minutes, consisting of initial discussion and education, breathing exercises (pranayama), mindfulness meditation (dharana), physical postures (asanas), and reflection. This is a physically active flow-based yoga class, and it can make you sweat! Modifications are available to enable you to go at your own pace, so that everyone can benefit regardless of fitness level or previous yoga experience.
