Guided Breathing and Meditation Practices

I am grateful for all of my teachers who have taught me the techniques of pranayama (breath work) and dharana (concentration) to experience the states of dhyana (meditation) and samadhi (absorption). There are many other variations of these techniques throughout ancient lineages. The most important part is to find a practice that feels true to you and to stick with it.
