Reconnect with your Authentic Self

An 8-Week Online Program Including Meditation, Breathing and Mindfulness Based Practices to Deepen Self-Awareness and Improve Your Mental Health Through Mindfulness and Meditation.

I called this group "Reconnect" because it is all about reconnecting to your authentic self. I believe that our best teacher and guide is the one inside of us. This group provides time and space for you to connect with yourself.

This group will provide you with many tools to help you regulate your nervous system and improve your overall wellbeing. I apply many teachings of behavioral medicine and ancient techniques of breathing and meditation to help you reconnect to your true and authentic self.

Each group of the 8-week series includes a check in, different guided breathing and meditation (25-30 minutes) and journaling prompts (10-15 minutes) and a check out. Themes evolve around relationships, values, boundaries, death, and self compassion. This is not a counseling group.

If participants enjoy this group there is the option to participate in an alumni group that meets once a week to maintain their practice of meditation and self inquiry. Many participants find this to be a rich source of connection with others who share the same struggles with similar medical diagnoses.

This group is currently closed to new referrals. Patients who have attended my previous groups, or patients that I have seen at my clinic in Squamish, are invited into the group. If you think you would be a good fit for this group please reach out via contact page and I will get back to you within 2 weeks as I currently run this group only 1-2 times a year. If this group becomes open to new referrals I will update this page.
