This group is fun and upbeat! The goal is to get you moving more!
Program Details
Duration: 90 minutes per session
Frequency: Once a week for 8 weeks
Location: On Zoom
Program Content: Each group includes a check in, a different type of exercise (strength circuit, yoga, walk, dance) for 30-40 minutes, an informative lecture, supportive goal setting, and a check out.
All levels of fitness and patients with injuries are welcome: We can always modify the group!
Referral Process:
This group is currently closed to new referrals.
Patients who have attended Dr Chornell's previous groups, or patients that Dr Chornell has seen at her clinic, are invited to the group. If you think you would be a good fit for this group please reach out via contact page and I will get back to you within 2 weeks as I currently run this group only 1-2 times a year. If this group becomes open to new referrals I will update this page.
